SURVIVAL CONTEST #1
ENTRY FEE: 200 miles - 90% returned
CONTEST WILL BEGIN WEEK #2 - SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 14TH.
Cash, certified check or money order for new entrants/personal checks are
accepted for previous entrants - make out to Sports Travel. Please send in as early
as possible because we have to return to you your entry number and selection
instructions.

There are three ways to put in your picks, preferably email, second choice fax, and
lastly the phone system.

SUICIDE CONTEST
Rules for this contest will be returned to you with your instructions.
ENTRY FEE: 100 miles - 100% returned + 20 MILE SERVICE FEE PER ENTRY
***TOTAL DUE: 120 MILES PER ENTRY***
CONTEST WILL BEGIN WEEK #3 SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 21st. Same rules as survival contest except you can only pick a team once.


SURVIVAL CONTEST #2
ENTRY FEE: 100 MILES - 80% returned
STARTS WEEK #10 NOVEMBER 9th
Same rules as Survival #1

NO THURSDAY OR FRIDAY GAMES
SATURDAY, SUNDAY & MONDAY GAMES ARE ALL USABLE
NO POINT SPREADS
ANY PERSON NOT PUTTING IN PICK OR PICKS BY 10AM FRIDAY(Chicago time)
WILL RECEIVE THE VISITING TEAM ON MONDAY NIGHT or LAST PLAY-OFF GAME
OF APPLICABLE WEEKEND

AGAIN, PICK NOT IN - YOU WILL RECEIVE THE VISITING TEAM ON MONDAY
NIGHT FOR THE SURVIAL CONTEST

PICK NOT IN IN FOR THE SUICIDE CONTEST YOU WILL GET THE NEXT
ALPHABETICAL TEAM NOT YET USED ON YOUR LIST

Note: After sending in your entry and miles we will send you your entry number and
instructions by email, fax or mail. Use entry number when you put your pick in!
